Bookings
All bookings are confirmed by A1 Cars. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. If we have any queries in relation to your booking and/or payment we will contact you. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours or prior to your booking date (whichever is the sooner), please contact us on 01284 766 777. If you have not received your confirmation email, we cannot guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any internet booking must be made via our Live Chat Talk [also referred to as Claire on the website]. Notification of your cancellation will be sent to your email address given. Please quote your reference number in all correspondence as we will not accept a cancellation without it. This is for your own protection so that no one else can cancel your booking without your knowledge. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not give your booking reference to anyone other than persons who you authorise to act on your behalf. If we receive notification that a booking should be cancelled and the reference number is quoted, we will cancel the booking. Please re-confirm your cancellation by return from the same email address.
Refunds
Refunds will be given as follows
Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of your pick up time will be refunded in full.
Any booking cancelled within 2 hours of your pick up time will receive 50% refund
Any booking cancelled less than 2 hours of your pick up time will result in no refund.

A1 Cars do not store any credit card details, all payments are processed by SagePay or PayPal.
