when you book a taxi with us using your mobile telephone you will automatically be sent a text message telling you your taxi has been dispatched and another when the taxi is outside. The text will contain the make, model and registration number of the vehicle that will be collecting you. Your driver will also know your name - this is particularly useful outside night clubs when everyone is after the same taxi!

if you are being picked up from your home, you can request call back and we will ring your phone to let you know we have arrived and are waiting for you.
